职位描述
Job Description:
- To handle daily in-house client support (Win-tel and MAC)
- System administration, hardware and software support for Server/Storage/UPS/PABX etc.
- Account administration for local systems
- Network support, Monitor and solve on site network issues.
- Daily Data backup/ eMail/ Internet Monitoring
- Daily check of IT environment to make sure services availabilities.
- IT procurement, help client on all kinds of IT procurement process.
- Get familiar to Global IT standard/policies/process. Make sure all IT/User activities aligned with those principles.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction level and good communication with all users.
- Maintain site user list and inventory list for all IT assets of hardware and software.
- Team Management, KPI setup and monitoring, Team train up, working plan and city report.
- Optimize the IT resources within City to meeting business needs
- Implement Global and Local IT projects
- Assist Head of IT for overall country IT management. Such as local project rollout, process reengineering, local policies etc
- Assist Head of IT to prepare annual capex/opex budget and project budget.
Qualifications Required:
- University Graduate,IT or Engineering degree is preferred
- 5 years IT technical experience
- 1 years IT team management experience (Team Leader or Supervisor)
- Overall IT in house technical experience
- Project management experience
- Multinational company experience preferred
- ITIL tools experience preferred
- IT related certificate MCSE, CCNA, CLP, ACSP, PMP is advantage
