Basic Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above;
2. 2~3 years related working experience in media, editing or similar fields;
3. Fluent English and Chinese (both writing and oral) ;
4. Well ordered and carefully.

Please see the main R&R as below:

Maintain all existing tools in an effective manner
Agencies, data and resources management. (agencies bidding, briefing, payment, database, magt, infor. collecting etc)
Copywriting for different tools.
Support on new tools, activities and content development

Website & Insite management:
Frequent information collecting from all locations and functions.
Copywriting for both webs.
Design direction and quality control
Overall content update and management (infor. news, brochures updating, kindly note this is very time consumption work due to the speed and setting of website platform)
Regular training and communication to the web editors
Align with group web team and other functions to develop and utilize more functionalities into different needs

Quarterly G-Voice management (both English and Chinese version):
Manage editing plan and timeline
Coordinating with contributors and agencies
Copywriting for some of articles
Manage and control the whole process (copywriting, design, translation, printing, distribution and timeline )
Proofread for both English and Chinese version

Quarterly Gmag (around 40-50pages each issue) proofread & final review
Billboard maintenance ( copywriting, design and distribution in each locations )
Materials update and reflected in different tools.
Support new Group and China CIVI guideline launch.
