职位描述

1. Position Summary: What is the main purpose of this job? Why does it exist? (e.g., to create marketing strategies; to develop, support and grow Compliance awareness etc.) Please summarize in two to three sentences.
Price Analyst is to establish and maintain price system, to research competitor pricing intelligence, to do the pricing analysis of value chain and make recommendations that will facilitate optimal pricing decisions to be made by Finance, Commercial, Marketing and Sales teams.
2. Principal Accountabilities: What are the key responsibilities of this job? List the what, how and why of each responsibility and provide examples, as necessary. Use specific verbs of action, such as "manages", "operates", "analyzes", "designs", etc. Indicate three to five accountabilities in descending order of importance and approximate % of time spent on each. e

Price reporting & analysis:
- Build and maintain a pricing management system, including commercial price, hospital price and tendering price etc, to enable comprehensive price analysis and to monitor the company's pricing strategy execution
- Create, track and analyze pricing models with financial team to help sales and marketing teams price new products competitively
- Perform margin and pricing analysis with financial team to support key marketing initiatives as required
- Regularly monitor, analyze and report on Price Realization (erosion) to assist management decision
- Establish and maintain pricing information database of price trends in the marketplace and competitors' pricing strategy by leveraging industry databases, catalogs and other industry sources.
Tendering price management:
- Develop overall tendering pricing strategy and manage tendering price setting process in order to maximize tendering successful rate at reasonable and sustainable hospital price
- Maintain tendering price system, including bidding prices of all players participate
- Develop tender price governance model to ensure sufficient transparency and pricing strategy well executed
- Evaluate and report the impact on sales revenue and profitability post- tendering

Channel margin management:
- Build channel margin system to assist Commercial team to effectively manage CIF and channel margin across the value chain from sourcing company to hospital

3. Experience: What unique knowledge are needed to successfully perform the job and what would you consider most skills are most desirable (e.g., sales experience, ability to operate within a marketplace that is complex, management skills etc), years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible financial analysis and pricing experience in industry or government tendering environment.
4. Education (specific educational requirement or technical training, multi-language, Global, computer knowledge, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, accounting, economics or a closely related discipline.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications in Excel, Word and PPT. Intermediate skill in Access is preferred
5. Job Competencies: What competencies are needed to successfully perform the job (business Acumen, Negotiation Skills, etc)
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail are required to be successful in this position
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Work well with cross-function teams and independently
- Good command of English

- Set tendering price strategy and price goal with tendering team together
