The Relocation Manager is responsible for managing and leading the relocation services team who assists expatriates and their families’ relocation. The candidate will be rresponsible for compliance – regulatory, contractually and procedurally for the team. Furthermore, the person will be accountable to provide training and development support to encourage employee growth and development.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 5 plus years’ experience in the global mobility, relocation industry or solid management experience
• A strong customer/client focus with proven customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and proactive
• Good time-management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Experience living abroad is preferred
• Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse transferees and their families
• Fluent in English and a definite advantage if good at other languages
• Good with IT applications e.g. Microsoft Office and related platforms
• Travel may be required

 

The main focus of this position will be client facing, therefore, excellent customer service skills and fluent English is a definite advantage.

Applicants with less experience will be considered for the Team Lead position.
