职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据产品定义进行系统分析, 分析项目设计需求，制定PMU/模拟部分基本拓扑结构，完成器件选型、系统计算；独立完成电路设计、验证等工作
2.根据工作需求指导版图工程师完成版图设计
3.负责完成其他辅助模块如：短路保护、软启动、过温保护等
4.按照规范撰写设计文档
任职要求：
1.电子工程、微电子或相关专业，硕士及以上学历
2.5年以上电源管理类芯片或SOC芯片中相关模块设计经验，熟练掌握DCDC等电路的拓扑结构和器件选择，有相关量产经验
3.熟练掌握系统稳定性分析及补偿原理
4.熟练运用Spectre或Hspice等电路级仿真工具
5.理解基本工艺流程及器件结构
6.具备良好的模拟电路设计基础
7.熟练掌握SOC芯片中多电源域的电源管理部分的设计理念者优先；有导航芯片设计及量产经验者优先
