岗位职责：

1、协助总经理开展公司外部的各项联络、沟通、市场开拓与公关等工作；

2、协助总经理维护高层客户关系，有针对性地进行高层客户的商务拓展，根据总经理指示，负责重要客户的接待；

3、参与重要的商务活动、谈判工作；

4、负责总经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录；

5、完成总经理交待的其他各项工作。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、善于交际，较强的语言表达能力、应变能力，有一定的谈判能力。组织协调能力强，具有良好的职业素质、职业形象和公共关系协调、外事接待能力；

3、做事细心、缜密、条理性强，个人综合能力、综合素质强；

4、具有较强的亲和力和感染力，形象气质佳，热情大方、性格外向；

5、有很强的工作责任心和主动性及执行能力。
