Responsibility

1. Analyzing and evaluation the purchasing structures and processes in SAP Material Management modules


2. Improving, harmonizing and standardizing processes in SAP MM modules by supporting from IT dept


3. Local administration and support for Hella standard procurement Workflow


4. Building of knowledge and expertise in purchasing tools for local purchasing staff.


5. Training of new local purchasing staff


6. Accompanying implementation of new or adjusted purchasing tools


7. Gathering of local specifics and arrangement of system/ process adjustments


8. Tracking and monitoring of Purchasing KPIs


9. Failure reporting and correction


10. Issue regular reports to China purchasing functions

Requirement

1. Bachelor or above academic background

2. More than 3 years （SAP background prefered）

3. Good English communication skill

4. Good knowledge of SAP modules,

5. Good knowledge of Excel & PPT

6. High motivation and good team work with an international team

7. Knowledge of automotive field
