Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

工作职责

-Execute strategic plans for campus activities including recruitment events, engagements, and other activities

-Manage sustainable relationships with targeted universities, colleges and vocational schools; ensure excellent communication

-Utilize recruitment tools for technology optimization, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management

-Stay current on college trends, new technology and tools that impact campus recruiting and implement

-Help to create employment brand awareness and advance our reputation at targeted campuses through value added work

-Work together with 3rd party/suppliers to launch campus program or intern supply

任职资格

-3 years and above working experience of working in university recruiting program, or university-corporate cooperation etc

-Bachelor degree or above is required

-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and presentation abilities, and exceptional attention to detail

-Highly motivated, goal-oriented people who excels in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and results-oriented environments

-Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) are required
