Key areas of responsibility:

? Leading a team of local Sourcing Specialists and Technical Buyers
? Conduction of negotiations and appropriate documentation
? Generation of procurement reports
? Determination of relevant data for issuing RFQs and according negotiations
? Issuing tenders and bid invitations for economically relevant purchasing projects (creation and posting of RFQ documentation, evaluation of proposals)
? Support in sourcing projects and strategic procurement projects
? Contribution in defining a purchasing strategy for production material, indirect materials and services and execution of this strategy
? Making decisions independently in day-to-day business


Requirements:

? Qualified commercial or technical education
? Knowledge of using MS-Office products Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
? Knowledge of relevant ERP-modules
? Skills in applying procurement methods as well as sound knowledge of procurement-related juristical requirements
? Negotiation skills, conversational techniques
? Ability to communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences
? Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and German, if applicable English.
? Must have been for Study in Germany.
? Must have experiences to working with Germans.


Professional experience

? Minimum of 2 years management experience in an international operative enterprise
? Minimum of 2 years work experience in Materials Management / Sourcing / Purchasing
