Responsibilities:
-Provide professional training activities including training need analysis, planning, preparing and conducting training courses for both office and shop staff
-Liaise with Retail Operations team in Shanghai Head Office for the design of the training courses for frontline shop staff such as customer service, product knowledge, supervisory skills, etc. as well as delivering train-the-trainer program to branch offices' representatives
-Work closely with the branch offices for the evaluation and effectiveness of training programs to frontline shop staff
-Implement and coordinate training & development projects and provide support on the training administration
-Assist in other human resources services like performance management and staff relations
-Travel to key cities in China is required

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Minimum 4 years' training experience gained in retail industry
-Mature, strong presentation skills and able to work independently
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
-Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
