Major Responsibilities are in charge of VAT input tax of all validate types of invoice verification of branches.

1. Count,classify and record all kind of Fapiao including not limited to employee expenses, custom duty and tax, lease, intracompany, payroll, rent and facilities etc. invoice handed over by other teams.

2.Verify all claimable invoices monthly in 23 different governmental tax bureau verification systems by the end of the fiscal date per request.

3.Summarize all verified types of VAT input tax Fapiaos by data, type, teams or divisions according to respective requirements by due date.

4.Maintain the normal functions of all Divisional verification systems in terms of renewals of service fees, breakdown or updates of softwares, the change of servers etc.

5.Process the data in Excel, submit divisional verification list monthly and send emails to output team for tax fillings in time.

6.Finish the monthly RE report on time via processing the RE invoice in the excel.

7.Print the materials, files and documents related to tax of the division and get the legal stamp by request and mail to tax bureau or counterpart personnel.

Qualification:

Finance related major is enough. 

English written and spoken workable.

Fast learner will be appreciation.

Internation version and easy going.
