Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

  ·         Independently provides high quality, timely development and on-time input to client solutions for the pharmaceutical and related industries

  ·         Assignments typically require advanced analysis and problem solving solutions  

     Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

  ·         Contributes to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and recommendations

  ·         Conducts independent desk research using internal and external sources

  ·         Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations; exercises informed business judgment in identifying the approach to the question

  ·         Conducts phone or face-to-face interviews with senior managers and executives in the client team or external stakeholders (e.g. physicians)

  ·         Contributes to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops

  ·         Takes responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables, under supervision

  ·         Presents to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings

  ·         Builds professional relationships with members of the client team

  ·         Acquires deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources, acting as expert advisor to other members of the consulting team

  ·         Proactively develops knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies. Assists in proposal development

  ·         Provides coaching and guidance to fresh analysts

  ·         Contributes to recruitment  

     Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

  ·         Bachelor or Master’s degree, medical, business management related education background is plus

  ·         Or academic PhD with no or little work experience but relative research or analysis experience or capabilities ·         1-2 relative working experience in analysis and researching or industry experience as sales, marketing, SFE analysts or physicians

  ·         A strong commitment to high quality work and an interest in rapid learning and skill development.

  ·         A willingness and ability to travel and work under pressure and challenge

  ·         Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills

  ·         Exceptional written, numerical and problem solving skills

  ·         Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
