Position Title: Customer Service Officer

Report to : Customer Service Executive

Function / Business in Charge: Operating order dealing in gear

Duties and Approach: Accept the order from customer
Input the data of order and contact with plant.
Contact and confirm the consignment.
Arrange shipment and daily tracking
Guarantee the SAP system to operate in gear.
Upgrade the information of SAP at any time.
Maintaining SAP system

Control and Assessment: Customer and plant evaluate deliver the opinion during the work.

Transportation vender

Basic Requirement
Education: College Degree or above
Working Experience: 1 years or above relevant experience in multinational company
Special Knowledge: Patient and good communication skill.
Good team player

Problem Solving: Solving some problems which will meet.

Creativity: Being good at uncover the problem and improve the progress.
