Job Description

The job responsibility includes independently plan, organize and carry out function and endurance tests of hydraulic components according to the Bosch Rexroth product development process and standards. Supervise the assembly of prototype units，Create detailed measurement and test reports with potential improvement recommendations. Participate on competitor bench marking activities and show the differences, advantages and disadvantages compared to our products.

1, Organize, prepare and carry out various types of tests of gearbox
？？？ 组织，准备和完成行星减速剂机产品实验
2, Detailed technical documentation of the conducted measurements and tests
？？？ 记录实验方法和过程，完成详细的技术报告
3, Recommend and initiate product improvements based on test results and competitor analysis
根据实验结果和竞争对手分析，提出改进产品的建议
4, Communicate and collaborate with the design departments in Beijing and lead plants in Germany

5, Collaborating within project team, accomplish defined tasks within development and localization projects on time

6, Supervise and lead technicians in testing and test bench maintenance, coordinate and solve test bench related technical issues
？？？ 管理并领导实验技术员完成实验及实验台维护相关工作，协调并解决实验台相关技术问题
7, Learn and understand the test bench, including electrical side and hydraulic side, keeping the test bench in good status with the team

Qualifications

1, Bachelor or Master degree in mechanics or hydraulics, and electrical knowledge is preferred
？？？ 机械或液压专业的本科或硕士, 拥有电气知识者优先
2, Fluent in English or German.
？？？ 英语或德语流利
3, Experienced in testing or design of gearbox or components
？？？ 有实验或设计减速机产品的经验
4, Experienced in operating hydraulic test equipment and evaluation software
？？？ 有操作液压实验设备和使用评估软件的经验
