职位描述
工作职责:
1. 负责咨询中心知识库管理:知识采编、确认、发布、热点信息的及时更新以及知识效果调研,架构的优化,确保业务信息对外统一与规范
Responsible for knowledge base management of contact center: knowledge acquisition and compilation, confirmation, publication, timely updating of hot information and investigation of knowledge effect, optimization of structure, ensuring external unification and standardization of business information
2. 负责新任务前期的沟通、确认和TTT,具有业务前瞻性,确保新任务及时、准确传达
Be responsible for the communication, confirmation and TTT of new tasks in the early stage, and be proactive to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of new tasks.
3. 知识库相关各类报表的分析,以及对于知识库结构的不断优化提出有效建议
Analysis reports related to the knowledge base, and put forward effective suggestions for the continuous optimization of knowledge base structure.
4. 根据业务变化,及时整合、修改和更新知识库及当前热点
According to business changes, timely integration, modification and update knowledge base and current hot spots.
5. 编写适用于客户理解的FAQ,每年一到两次对KB整体业务的更新确认,以及后期知识库效果调研
Write FAQ for customer understanding, update and confirm KB
s whole business once or twice a year, and investigate the effect of KB
s later knowledge base.
6. 通过知识库各类报表分析,挖掘业务需求,提出改善措施
The business requirements are mined and improvement measures are proposed by various reports.
7. 负责新任务前期的沟通、确认和TTT,确保新任务及时、准确传达
Responsible for the communication, confirmation and TTT of new tasks in the early stage, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of new tasks.
8. 适时监控服务质量,提出改进建议,优化业务流程,提升客户体验
Monitor service quality timely, propose improvement Suggestions, optimize business process and improve customer experience.
9. 身体力行在第三方持续传承欧瑞莲文化,提高团队凝聚力,为客户提供优质服务
In the third party, we continue to carry on the ORL’s culture, improve team cohesion, and provide quality service for customers.
10. 月度辅销品、促销品领用
Monthly sales accessories and promotional materials.
任职资格:
- 大专及以上学历
College degree or above
- 客服行业4年以上经验,有知识库编辑管理经验或至少1年以上客服行业质检或培训工作经验;
At least four years experiences in customer service industry, knowledge base editing and management experience or at least one year experience in customer service quality inspection or training.
- 熟练使用PPT及office办公软件,具备良好的分析
proficient in PPT and office software, good at analysis
- 有一定的语言文字组织能力,能独立制作课件;
have certain language organizing ability and can make courseware independently
