职位描述

  • The mission is:

    ? To build and nurture a positive sales culture
    ? To assist Event managers and Portfolio directors, in driving their sales teams
    ? To work with HR to screen, interview and hire new sales talent
    ? To recommending the adapting the sales organisation and sales channel in conjunction with the business unit needs and the sales targets
    ? To create a process for having regular conversations with each Sales reps and for making these conversations as specific, data-driven and actionable as possible; so Sales reps tangibly improve their sales execution.
    ? To implement global RX Sales effectiveness recommendations
    ? To lead the sales organisation to outperform revenue target
    ? To build consistent sales strategy and sales methods across event specificities

    Acting on: 

    1. People and Competencies (train and coordinate Sales teams) – Dotted lines with sales teams

    ? Holds regular meeting with sales staff
    ? Assess and analyse business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
    ? Identify the one activity or skill that each individual Sales rep needs to improve.
    ? Execute local sales training programs and keep updated on new training methods and techniques
    ? Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of 
    a. Retaining existing customers
    b. Growing average revenue 
    c. Attracting new accounts
    ? Develop and maintain training materials related to sales initiatives including
    ? Foster competition between Sales reps in a constructive and fun way. 
    ? Build a strong sales spirit in celebrating when the team hits the sales goals
    ? Talk positively and constructively about failure and drive improvements
    ? Coordinates proper Business Unit resources to ensure efficient and growing sales performance
    ? Actively recruit sales talent to minimize down time due to internal promotions or vacancies

    2. Process and portfolio management

    ? Communicate and ensure full adoption of the Sales Process and the Sales Effectiveness Drivers
    ? Review, question and get adoption of the CRM system
    ? Ensure the quality of data fulfilled by the sales teams
    ? Help Event managers and Portfolio directors to allocate the right number of account by Sales person
    ? Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
    ? Coach Sales reps to apply processes
    ? Identify and propose solutions to drive Sales teams to only focus on sales activity
    ? Recommend any sales process improvements
    ? Assess the right number of accounts and the right balance between prospects and loyal accounts per Sales reps

    3. Productivity

    ? Measure, review, manage, monitor and leverage the RX sales KPIs
    ? Monitor day-to-day execution 
    ? Analyse the closed-lost opportunities and develop recommendation
    ? Train, mentor, and coach Sales reps to correct revenue generation issues and overall sales effectiveness
    ? Ride with them some of meetings or calls and then, give them feedback on what they did right, and help them to continually improve
    ? Partner with Event managers to identify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and to monitor the sales agents overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.
    ? Review progress of sales roles throughout the Business Unit
    ? Help Event managers and Portfolio directors to fix targets
    ? Provide recommendation on the incentive scheme
