Job Responsibilities:

• Support the global ODM or OEM project as liaison

• Involve in project planning, tracking the execution process, supporting on technical part, coordination with HQ and the manufactures etc.

• Define project tasks and resource requirements                        

• Assemble and coordinate project staff

• Manage project resource allocation

• Plan and schedule project timelines

• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

• Provide direction and support to project team

• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

• Project evaluations and assessment of results

• Coordinate the third party manufacturers

• Communicate and manage alignment on key design decisions and project between Medela China team and the global R&D team

• Being a member of innovation team in China, from the technical and project point of view to support the new products developing in China

• Collaboration with developing teams and agency to realize design intentions

                                

Qualifications:

• Education:   A Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or related area
• Languages: Excellent communication skill, fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (speaking and writing) is a must 
• Minimum of 8 years working experience, and 3 years’ in project management in MNC.
• Experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus Experience in coordinating with 3rd party experience is preferable
• Design skills, such as sketching, CAD modeling, rendering and prototyping Strong skills in communication, logic and systematic thinking, innovative thinking  
• Be familiar with design research methodologies, materials, engineering, manufacturing
• Regular traveling to developer and supplier sites is needed
