岗位职责：
1）认真接听所有400咨询来电，解答客户疑问，并主动进行销售和预约
2） 完成公司下达的工作任务，并作好客户管理
3） 收集客户反馈信息及建议，及时转达公司相关部门
4） 始终保持热情、专业的服务态度，耐心解答客户疑问，使其对精锐教育留下良好的第一印象
5）公司提供优厚的薪酬及晋升机会
任职要求：
1）大专及以上学历，熟悉使用办公软件，熟练电脑打字 。
2）普通话标准，亲和力强
3）语言表达，沟通能力俱佳
4）性格开朗，做事积极，有责任心
