---管理访华演出项目，负责项目的推广销售、宣传协调、财务预算结算，与外联部及执行组对接；

---组织、撰写、整合项目推广资料；

---客户开拓，项目销售，客户维护；

---制定项目巡演日程，与执行组协调巡演详细行程及技术要求；

---制定项目巡演预算，在项目结束后向财务结算。

职位要求：

---喜爱古典音乐和/或舞蹈、芭蕾等舞台艺术，有一定的演出及国内巡演常识；

---本科以上学历，专业不限；

---性别不限，26岁及以上，有2年以上在剧场直接项目管理、或演出经纪公司项目推广、 销售的经验；

---英文听说读写能力熟练；

---Windows、Office等办公软件熟练；

---乐于与人沟通，抗压力强，逻辑性强，关注细节；

---能适应出差。

- 从事国际性演出经纪业务

- 主办或承办亚洲、欧洲及中东阿拉伯地区各类演出活动

- 组织各国专业文化团体的大型国际巡回演出

- 承接国际性大型公关策划活动，其中包含各国政府机构在文化、经济及旅游方面的推广等

- 为杰出的中国年轻艺术家提供演出经纪服务及国际演出平台

- 为非专业文化团体组织国际性交流活动，包括业余合唱团体、院校乐团、政府组织的访问考察等

- Agency service for international performing arts
