Job Description:

Handle daily operation & deal with incidents and other unexpected issues
Communicate with all related parties, oversea offices, local agents etc
Familiar with basic rules of customer service, like incoterms and how to quote rate etc
Better to have experience with hub system, having basic knowledge of pallets and airline services


Qualifications:

Good experience and understanding of airfreight business
Team work spirit&Flexibility
English language spoken and written - CET 4 or above
Required Experience of 2-3 years
