·        The Lead Data Manager (LDM) is responsible fortaking Lead Clinical Data Manager (LCDM) role in high complexity studies to successfullydelivery of Data Management deliverables meeting internal and external clientneeds; contributes to Business Development efforts in Data Management.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serving as the primary clientliaison for Data Management issues; tracking milestones, tasks, and overallbudget for assigned projects; ensuring timely completion of all project statusreporting; interfacing with internal team members across all departments;developing a plan and overseeing timelines for activities for all DM activities; providing study specific training asappropriate; ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured; ensuringquality control steps are properly planned and completed on assigned studies.  

·        Support on data management team to refine SOPand create WuXi CDS DM library.

·       Support on bidding defense meeting.

·       Support management team to sound DM specifictraining and mentoring system by delivering training courses and mentoring tonew staffs and sharing work experiences.
