Job Description:
？Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations for accounts preparation process;
？Review and ensure accounting data accuracy in financial system;
？Prepare financial management reports and review account reconciliations from SSC;
？Review and ensure the accuracy of fixed assets register and depreciation;
？Provide management reports and financial analysis to management on a timely basis, and to ensure the reports are of highest quality and reliability;
？Intercompany transaction coordination and management;
？Inter-department liaison, co-ordination with SSC and inter-company partners;
？Assist financial controller to perform various financial tasks.

Requirements:
？University graduates or above with major in accounting or related subjects, possess CPA qualification is preferred;
？Extremely proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
？At least 5 years or above relevant financial experiences in MNC;
？Good communication skills and quick learner;
？With advertising industry experiences is preferred, especially experiences in Media Agency;
？With ERP financial system experiences is preferred;
？Must possess working experiences at WFOE and can speak/write English;
？Attention to detail, highest working responsibility and integrity, can work under pressure;
？Must be familiar with various accounting, tax, auditing rules and regulations.

？审核并确保固定资产登记及折旧的准确；

？集团内部各方会计交易的管理
？公司内部各部门的沟通，与SSC的合作，及集团内部各实体的联络;
？协助财务总监完成各种财务方面管理工作。

职位要求：
？大学本科及以上学历、财务相关专业，最好有注册会计师资格；
？熟练操作MS-Office等办公软件、尤其是Excel和Power Point；
？5年以上大型公司财务分析相关工作经验；
？具有良好的沟通能力和学习能力；
？有广告服务行业工作经验者优先，尤其是媒体行业；
？有ERP财务系统核算经验优先；
？有外企工作经验和英语流利；
？工作严谨、细致，具有高度的工作责任感和敬业精神，能够承受较大的工作压力;
？熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计法规和政策。
