? The SME shall lead the technical support services for projects developed by the BU China from identifications to execution. 
? The engineering services for the SEM may cover pre-feasibility study, feasibility study, conceptual design, technical specifications, technical assistance, design review, etc. 
? The SEM shall ensure a good performance of his services. The SEM shall regularly report about his activities to the Director Engineering & Construction. 
? If necessary, the SEM shall also assist the BD team in the identification of leads and early contacts with the Client by attending relevant presentation meetings.
? The SEM will also be requested to liaise with the finance and legal department for projects evaluation, as deemed necessary. 
? The SME may be also required to perform clients, targets or partnership visit.

任职要求：
? Thermo-dynamic Engineering master’s degree or relevant 
? Nationality: Chinese
? Min. 10 years of experience in related engineering activities, including at least 2 years in technical management 
? Solid technical knowledge in solutions for Energy Industry.
? Strong organizational, analytical and management skills
? Mature level of understanding of the principles of effective project management, including HSE, contract and risk management
? Ability and experience to communicate with partners and local authorities
? Ability and experience to manage a large multidiscipline and multicultural team in an international environment.
? Entrepreneurship and innovative mindset
? Fluent in Chinese and English
? Mobile for short duration trips
