Position Description

Job Overview:
Provide oral and written translation support, between Chinese and English (both directions), to the business. Include real-time oral translation in meetings and negotiations, as well as translation of written documents. The role will be based in the Beijing office, and will require regular travel within China to accompany managers to meeting locations. Require a flexible work schedule to accommodate customer's needs

Job Responsibilities: - Read and comprehend the meaning and the context of the original writing and then translate it in another language while maintaining the integrity of the original work. - Verify translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions. - Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials - Research legal, technical, and scientific phrases to determine the correct translation. - Consult reference materials such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks as needed to ensure translation accuracy. - Identify and resolve conflicts related to the meanings of words, concepts, practices, or behaviors. - Prioritize work to meet deadlines. - Checking difficult points with the team leader or managers. - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications: - Must be fluent in English and Chinese - Must have superior writing, editing and grammar skills in the target language - Able to work independently and meet deadlines - Highly organized and detail oriented - Proactive/Self-Started/Self-Motivated/a good learner - Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

Education& Experience Requirement: - Bachelor's Degree in English, or Translation related disciplines. - Excellent ability in time-management, capable of finishing urgent task in limited time - Proven ability to deliver quality translation work under tight deadlines - Excellent communication skills and coordination capabilities - More than one or two year's translation working experience is preferred.

2、项目周期：6个月-1年6个月之间（大量空闲时间可带薪休息）；
