POSITION SUMMARY:

The Specialist, TPI DD Medical China will be responsible for familiar with third party intermediaries in Medical China. The position will have a critical role in ensuring that Johnson & Johnson demonstrably meets ongoing government requirements in relation to third party intermediaries, including sales intermediaries, tender intermediaries and logistics intermediaries (collectively, “TPIs”), in China. The position reports directly to the Senior Health Care Compliance Manager, Medical China. Support the Senior Manager to build the compliance activities includes, but is not limited to, oversight of due diligence processes, oversight and enforcement of enterprise-wide reporting requirements, and the preparation of periodic data summary in China. This position is essential for Johnson & Johnson to achieve and demonstrate its adherence to compliance requirements for TPI’s.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide consultant on due diligence process and its components to business sponsor.

• Review and approval of DD assessment, Assessment Form, TPI DD questionnaire, J&J DD Questionnaire
• Jointly responsible to submit the J&J Company questionnaire for approval of new TPIs
• Key role in review and escalation of red flags including providing a recommended resolution prior to submitting to Senior Compliance Manager
• Thorough review of inventory list including correct categorizing of TPIs and ensure the appropriate DD documents filing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred

· Minimum of 0-1 years of experience, or related compliance function (Regulatory, Quality, Finance,Marketing)

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

· Basic knowledge of HCC/fraud and abuse laws; FCPA, financial or auditing practices and company business and policies

· Experience with documents filing

· Demonstrated quantitative analytical or statistical skills, especially for strong excel skill

· English verbal and written communication skills
