Responsibilities ：

1. AP policy & FX payment process. Make sure all payments follow company's policy & process, no compliance issue for the payment documents;
2. Review all AP vouchers included third party and T&E transactions. Ensure accuracy and validity. Ensure all liability are properly approved and accordingly to DOA signing authorities;
3. Make out payment schedule and ensure payments follow payment schedule and keep errors to minimum level;
4. Supplier management & JDE AP function maintenance, review the AP aging report and AP/OR balance monthly to ensure JDE data accurately;
5. Responsible for AP function monthly closing, as BM or TM expense accrual and ensure AP balance totally reconciled with GL accounts;
6. Monthly cash flow report prepared accurately & on time;
7. Communicate with internal customer and external vendors professionally, provide data and analysis on time as per internal customers’ request;
8. Manage the continuous improvement in team and individual performance. Finance training for new staff;
9. Assist AP manager to manage AP team. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager;
10. Involve in regular stocktaking process;
11. Support Group or external audit.

                                                

 

    

Qualifications:

    

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance;

    

2. 3+ year relevant work experience in AP function;

    

3. Awareness of internal control principles and processes, especially Purchase to Pay process;

    

4. Be familiar with JDE.
