Roles and Responsibilities

角色和职责

• Assist Account/Project Manager on event planning and operation arrangement
• To assist and coordinate between design team, technical team and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects
• To assist on tasks assigned by Account / Project Manager such as preparing proposals, material and venue sourcing, internal documentation and other ad-hoc tasks.

?协助客户/项目经理对活动进行策划和执行安排

?协助和协调设计团队，技术团队和供应商，确保项目顺利执行

?协助客户/项目经理完成分配的任务，如准备建议书，材料和场地采购，内部文件和其他特别的任务。

Qualification Requirements

资历要求

• Degree and Higher Diploma Holder
• Prefer having 1- 2 years experience in the Event/PR agency or other relative service industry
• Good communication skills, medium spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good time management skills, ability to work under multi-task pressure and meeting deadlines
• Strong computer skills - Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Applicant with more experience would be considered as Senior Account Executive
• Fresh graduate will also be considered as Project Coordinator
