KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Lead and coach the clinical trials team to be specialized and professional, implement their action plan properly and insure they achieve their objective of the year;

·         Define rationale of clinical studies, contribute to protocol design and report validation; supervise the clinical project management by ensuring budget and timeline control; ensure good quality of  clinical operations;

·         Supervise regular review of SOPs

·         Lead clinical protocols and investigational plans development

·         Ensure timely completion and accuracy of clinical reports

·         Coordinate and document clinical studies

·         Prepare product instructions and assist with labeling and labeling changes

·         Oversee investigator meetings and manage clinical study sites

·         Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

·         A master degree majoring in pharmaceutical or clinical medicine is required.

·         At least 5 years PM/SPM experience in pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred

·         At least 10 years’ experience working in a clinical trials capacity

·         A good communication skill

·         Fluent spoken and written English is preferred
