Responsibilities:

· 负责民营医院市场推广，推动公司产品在民营放射治疗市场的销售；

Responsible for business in private hospital market and promote company products’ sales in private hospital radiotherapy market;

· 挖掘潜在民营医院项目，完成公司甲类、乙类产品在所负责区域民营市场的销售任务和市场份额；

Discover potential private hospital to achieve company Type A&B products’ sales target and market share in responsible territory.

· 建立与放疗相关民营医疗集团的良好合作关系，推动公司产品在民营集团医院的销售；

Build up good relationship with private medical group related to radiotherapy to drive company products’ sales.

· 建立民营集团销售机制，包括民营集团战略合作框架协议、销售任务设定、业绩考评等；

Build up private group sales mechanism, including private group strategic cooperation framework agreement, sales target setting, performance review etc.

· 提供灵活的、个体化的民营医院整体解决方案，协调公司资源，推动项目顺利如期完成；

Provide flexible and individualized overall solution for private hospitals, coordinate company's resources to move project forward.

· 负责与民营医院各协会、组织建立良好互动关系，提高公司产品在民营市场中的影响力。

Establish and maintain the good communication with private hospital associations to improve company positive influence in private hospital market;

· 有关销售机会、市场挑战、竞争动态和其他相关信息及时开放地与管理团队进行沟通，及时调整市场策略；

Maintain open and timely communication with sales management regarding sales leads, market challenges, competitive activity and other relevant issues of benefit to the organization;

· 负责每月项目预测的准确性，保持市场的透明度；

Execute monthly forecast accurately and have the market to be transparent.

要求：

Education Required:

• 学士学位，财务、医药、医疗器械或管理类优先
• Degree Holder is a must. Degree in Finance/Medicine/Business is an advantage.

Experience Required:

· Above 3 years working experiences in private hospital market;

年以上民营医院推广销售经验；

·At least 3 years large medical device leasing, investment experiences;

3年以上融资租赁，设备投放等工作经验者；

·GammaKnife or LINAC leasing or investment experiences are preferred;

伽马刀、直线加速器融资、投放经验者优先考虑；

·Good at word and excel;

·熟练操作Word, Excel等

·Occasional travel is required
