This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level recruiter to step up into a critical role as the onsite recruiter for a top tier pharmaceutical company. This role will enable you to take full ownership and responsibility for stakeholder engagement across business units and support functions of the client account.

Key responsibilities:

Building strong expertise in the client organization and establishing partnership with stakeholders as their trusted advisor.

Managing stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers and heads of businesses.

Managing end-to-end recruitment process; candidate sourcing/screening/shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, decision making and hire approval processes.

Maximizing usage of direct sourcing channels and filling vacancies efficiently as defined by SLAs / KPIs.

Generating timely and accurate data/metrics on recruitment activities and providing meaningful reporting to management.

Providing up-to-date, accurate and value-adding market intelligence to the client.

Managing relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors where necessary.

At least 3+ years hands-on recruitment experience, medical and R&D roles recruiting experience in pharmaceutical industry would be preferred

Experience of coaching less experienced recruiters and/or researchers

Experience of operating in demanding, professional and data-driven environments

Strong understanding and track record in direct sourcing channels within China

Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Degree level qualification from an accredited university / institution
