1.负责相关数据的采集、整理、汇总，定期形成有价值的信息汇总和调研报告，为本部门或其他部门提供信息决策支持；

2.通过研究有效挖掘和分析用户使用习惯及体验感受，并能提炼为综艺节目设计需求，为综艺节目设计提供指引；

3.清晰地将调研成果传达给合作部门，有效推动成果转化落地，并挖掘所在业务用研的价值；

任职要求：

1、具备较强的逻辑及数据分析能力、政策分析和市场洞察力、问题发现能力，有调研或咨询类公司从业背景者优先；

2、有一定的产品策划、产品研发意识，有用研成果指导或优化产品设计的成功项目经验者优先；

3、热爱信息收集和市场研究工作，熟练使用各种统计工具和方法，能快速有效地输出调研成果；
