职位描述
I. Brief Description
This position will focus on developing sales and marketing activities in South China. Manage a sales territory to promote APL’s broad range of services with focus on profitability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction with the primary goal of delivering the assigned sales target and 100% vessel utilization.
II. Key Result Areas
Meet or exceed the sales VOL/REV/NTV target. Measurement is TVA.
Develop & target new accounts to increase revenue.
Regular update and communication on market information
Regular communication with counterparts on account status
Customer satisfaction
III. Key Accountabilities/Duties
Meet or exceed sales VOL/REV/NTV target.
Work cross functionally for cooperation
Focus on high NTV cargo and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction
Work closely with overseas counterparts on account strategies
Provide market intelligence to trades as required
Develop and maintain sales territory plan which includes:
Analyze market situation and react to market change and formulate strategies.
Conduct sales call and follow up on all sales leads.
Secure profitable new business and expand profitable business opportunities of dedicated markets and trades.
IV. Incumbent specification
- Education:University
- Experiences: Minimum 3 years's experience in industry sales
- Skill Sets:
-Communication skills, listening skills, problem solving, Industry knowledge, tolerance of ambiguity
- Desired competencies (typical):
