KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·To work closely with Operations team in developing management/soft skills training courses to our front-line staff in order to meet Company's business objectives.

·Develop, implement and conduct training programs for our shop staff in HK and PRC.

·To evaluate & assess the training needs effectiveness.

·Monitor in house training programs and tailor-made workshops and evaluate its effectiveness.

·Maintain updated training database and general reports to better monitor training productivity.

·Lead ad hoc projects as assigned.



EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
·Holder of Degree in Training and Development Management or related disciplines.
·Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience, preferably gained from catering or retail industry.
·A good team player, able to motivate and encourage a learning culture in the organization.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
·Excellent presentation & communication skills.
·Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Japanese shall be a key advantage.
