职位描述
【岗位职责】
1. 根据及分析市场及消费趋势，掌握电商热销产品的行情动态，为Ecom采买商品。
2. 开发新供应商，组织供应商询价、比价、议价。维系现有供应商，并对供应商进行定期评估。
3. 负责供应商谈判、合同签订、新增、交货跟踪、验收、评估、反馈汇总等采购日常工作。
4. 定期分析和整理产品销售数据，提供产品毛利率和销售量优化方案，优化平台商品结构。
5. 负责日常档期促销、活动、项目策划及控制。
6. 处理采购异常、退换货补偿事宜。
7. 协助其它项目工作安排。
【任职资格】
1. 大专及以上学历，3年或以上电商平台的采购或零售连锁行业的从业经验
2. 熟悉国内大贸美妆&快消产品及行业
3. 具备独立开发、管理和评估供应商的能力
4. 对市场有一定的敏感度，能根据市场对产品做出及时的调整，对于商品采购有很好的掌控能力和成本控制能力
5. 熟悉商品规划及品类管理
6. 具有良好沟通和商务谈判能力。
7. 具备数据分析能力和良好的英语书写能力
