1.大专以上学历；College degree or above

2.熟悉Desktop、Laptop基本结构，故障判断； Familiar with the structure of Desktop or Laptop

3.熟悉打印机、传真机等常见计算机外设； Familiar with Printer, Fax machine and other IT equipment

4.熟悉MS Office、杀毒软件、VPN软件等基本应用软件； Familiar with MS office, Antivirus and VPN software

5.具备网络连接基本概念； Concept of network connection

6.工作认真负责，细心、耐心，积极主动。Responsible, patient, carefully and proactive to the job assignment.

Responsibilities:

1.公司内部员工Desktop、Laptop的软硬件维护； Maintenance for the internal Desktop and Laptop

2.公司新购机初始化工作 ；Initialize for the new computer

3.日常技术支持与维护； Daily helpdesk and end-user support

4.办公室打印、传真设备管理与维护； Maintenance for printer and fax-machine

5.会议室网络、电话、投影仪设备管理与维护；Maintenance for network, telephone and projector.
