职位描述

Centralized management of administrative affairs and resources

Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrections

Centralized management Assistant resources, responsible for the KPI setting and performance evaluation;

Be responsible for providing high quality office operation service; Manage and ensure smooth operations of day-to-day office administrative tasks, including facility management, company car/driver management, and office vendors/suppliers management;

Office supplier sourcing, negotiation and management to make sure cost effective;

Arrange and organize for all non-commercial activities and events

Company Policy and Procedures Management

Design company document management policies & procedures and supervise the implementation of all departments;

Be in charge of developing, maintaining and ensuring the execution of all company policies and procedures, enforcing all the policies & procedures updated and implemented in time.

Draft and distribute all administration memos and policies;

Review and modified procurement policy as need, collect procurement needs for each department, planning and implementing the procurement procedure in accordance with approved procurement policy.

Any other duties as assigned by management

任职要求:

College degree or above

8 years relevant working experience, and at least 3 years’ experience on management

Excellent interpersonal & team-building skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Good knowledge of MS office

Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred management
