主要职责：

1、负责现场管理工作，及时解决疑难问题；

2、严格按照清洁要求和工作程序，实行工作检查制度；

3、合理配备保洁人员，确保现场卫生不留死角；

4、检查保洁用具的库存量，减少损耗，控制成本；

5、负责保洁员工管理工作的安排与实施；

6、负责员工每月的考勤和排班工作；

7、完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求：

1、具备一定的工厂保洁经验；

2、具备一定的管理能力及亲和力；

3、吃苦耐劳，具有良好的服务意识，服从上级安排；

4、懂得电脑操作。
