To drive the high growth of China business, a series of business development activities are set to implement the Castrol China strategy especially for the inorganic opportunities. The role will work with project team in line with the project delivery, recruit the workshop through new offer pitch in selected city, develop the good relationship with workshops and implement the sign in process, execute the offers and service according to the plan, by working with various internal teams and partners. The role will work with a cross functional task force to implement pilots in China.

* Search and screen workshop targets based on the agreed criteria, conduct the workshop assessment and recommend the shortlist
* Communicate and negotiate to recruit the workshop into the network, able to articulate the offers and value proposition in a competitive market environment
* Lead to complete the sign in process including the contract, shop VI set up, offer implementation with support from the team
* To develop and maintain good customer relationship to support workshop improve the performance and maintain good retention rate
* Responsible for top line performance from the targeted workshop customers, including Volume, Turnover and Gross Margin target and actual delivery.
* To reflect customer voice on lubes category management, and to facilitate internal resources and efforts to improve our participation in category management for workshops.
* Roll out of agreed projects and pilots, e.g. digital/O2O programs, new workshop business or partnership models, launch of specialty products, etc.
* Reviews lubes category performance, monitors workshop offers, Marketing activities are delivered as per the plan. Tracks return on investment of key programmes.

* Solid experience in auto after service workshop operation and management
* Solid Experience in fluid category management for workshops or from workshop perspective
* Experience with network development, franchise business model, customer relationship management
* Experience in executing consumer, trade and customers marketing campaigns
* Analytical and drive to succeed
* Experience of working in a matrix organization with complex customer interfaces
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
* Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) as a given*
