1. Tender Processing

• Support sales business for the tender document chop and sign.

• Support authorization letter and dealer agreement chop, send out, and scanned for file.

• Back up  the work related to the dealer’s authorization and agreement issue .

1. SAP  system operation for customer master information maintenance.

2. Sales Contract/Agreements Processing

• Assist the sales contract chop if necessary.

• Back up  domestic  contract execution issue.

1. Banking Issues

• Support full set of banking documents chop, sign, send and finish archive information.

1. Auditing documents supporting.

2. Other assigned work from management.

Skill/Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate or working experience1 year, multinational medical device company background would be a plus.

2. major in international trade, marketing or business administration in priority

3. Basic English on reading and writing.

4. Responsible, earnest, easygoing, open, action proactive and detail-oriented.

5. Solid computer skills in MS Windows, MS Office, and internet platform, etc.

6. Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

7. Be able and willing to learn and work under high pressure.
