职位目标 Job Purpose:

 The demand planner will support company’s core commercial cycle to deliver the business result. To succeed in this role, he/she should have professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should also have in-dept knowledge in the inventory management, supply network planning and demand forecasting.

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Publish the demand to supply planning after DRM meeting. Closely work with supply planning, site, logistics etc. to ensure on time delivery to the customer orders. Monitor the inventory status, manage the stock out risk and lead mitigation plan through weekly supply review process and make escalation if necessary. Proactively communicate with commercial team of the supply issue,

2. Responsible for inventory planning and analysis to drive continuous improvement on the inventory management process. Give inventory loss tree analysis to find out the inventory reduction opportunities. Work with site, supply planning, logistics etc. to deliver the inventory target.

3. Support demand forecasting manager in the demand forecasting process. Collaborate with channel sales, marketing to generate the consensus forecast and publish to supply planning for production. Make continuous improvement to demand planning process and ensure forecast accuracy to meet target.

4. Minimize the business wastage. Monitor slow moving stock and lead commercial to liquidate.

5. Support NPI launch in the NPI project.

6. Participate or lead project to improve supply chain responsiveness.

7. Generate KPI report. Give root cause analysis and action plan to the KPI loss monthly.

任职条件Qualifications:

• Education (Diploma, Degree and Major):

  Bachelor’s degree

  
  

• Working Experience:

  5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning in a consumer health or FMCG industry

   

• Professional Knowledge/Skill :

  SAP APO SNP/DP

  CPIM is a plus

   

• Computer & Language Skill:

  Good English communication skill

  
  

• Competency:

  Proficient communication skills and stakeholder management skills

  Proficient data analysis skill & logic thinking.
