Job Title: Product Certification Director, China

Reports to: Managing Director, BSI China

Location: Shanghai, China

Date: July 2018

Key responsibilities

? Develop, formulate and implement Product Certification Services business strategy to make expected sustainable business growth in China (potentially great China)

? Manage the Product Certification Services portfolio and develop new products or services to meet clients’ needs

? Manage the China Product Certification Services Operations team to develop the optimized delivery resources to support the business.

? Communicate with AP/UK team for business and technical support

? Promote BSI brand in China market through marketing activities and network with Product Certification clients and partners in this industry

? Expand Supply Chain market by identifying Product Certification potential clients and exploring/maintaining key accounts

? Maximize Product Certification performance through effective and smart operation and sales performance management at daily basis

? Act as the primary ‘focal point’ for business development activities

Candidate specifications

? Education at University degree or equivalent

? More than 10-year experience in Product Certification audit, inspection or services

? More than 5-year BU / Department management experiences, and P&L management experience is preferred

? Demonstrable business sense in relevant service or product

? Capable knowledge of Product Certification related programs or regulations

? Coaching / developing others
