设备维修主管/Maintenance Supervisor-有注塑机维修经验优先

工作职责：

1. 具体负责组织实施全厂的设备管理工作；

2. 制订、贯彻和执行有关设备管理的各项规章制度；

3. 建立设备的台帐、卡片、档案，统管全厂的设备技术资料；

4. 负责设备的验收、移交、转移、封存启用、调拨、报废等工作；

5. 按照计划合理安排维修人员对设备/工装进行保养和点检；

6. 组织对工厂及配套设施的巡检和维护，发现问题及时分析原因，查找问题根源；

7. 编制设备的检修，一、二级保养计划和备品配件管理，并负责做好以上各项工作的实施和验收、考评工作；

8. 采取勤巡检、勤考核等有效措施，提高全厂设备的完好率，巡检工作；

9. 监督生产设备的使用情况，定期召开设备管理会议，通报设备管理状况；

10.安排设备维修、保养管理工作，及时解决车间及其他部门提出的设备管理上的问题；

11.对下属人员进行绩效考核；

12.对全公司设备的正常运转、供电正常化负责。

职位要求：

1. 专科及以上学历，机械自动化，工业工程等相关专业优先；

2. 五年以上大型企业设备维修与维护相关工作经验；

3. 熟注塑机维修及注塑工艺优先；

4. 英语水平良好，能够满足日常英文沟通；

5. 良好的沟通能力和团队领导能力。
