高级模具工程师（注塑模，熟热流道模具）

工作职责：

1.塑胶新产品开模可行性评估及产品结构建议，简化模具结构和降低模具制造成品；

2.使用Moldflow进行产品充填，保压，翘曲分析，选择最合理的进胶方式；

3.制作DFM报告，设计新模具；

4.产品预知问题点的测试；

5.提供试模阶段各类问题点解决对策，协助产品顺利量产。

任职要求：

1.模具相关专业大专及以上学历；

2.熟悉模具设计、工程检讨、模流分析，对多腔热流道模具较为了解，有塑料瓶盖经验优先；

3.对塑胶产品的产品设计，模具设计，模具加工，组装，成型及产品的后制程处理等各工段都比较熟悉；

4.具有良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，团队协作精神好；

5.具有一定的抗压能力、适应能力；

6.具有良好的英文读写基础。
