工作内容：

l  销售订单的录入及修改

l  订单发货进度查询

l  上海仓订单及发货跟进

l  给予DB发货指令

l  其他订单的录入（FOC、POP等）

l  系统新建客户及修改地址信息等

l  相关公司资料、报表提供给到销售团队

l  处理售后邮箱中的售后申请邮件（判断并生成系统维修单、换货单、退货单、配件报价给到客户）

l  配件订单的录入

l  售后进度查询回复（邮件及来电查询），包括维修、换货、退货等进度查询

l  协调售后中心与客户或销售团队，调整售后方案及收货差异

l  协调售后中心查询配件库存

l  配件订单发货追踪

l  完成分配的其他相关职责

 

任职要求：

l  优先考虑具有3年电话中心及客户服务相关工作经验的人员

l  优先考虑有SAP使用经验的人员

l  具备基本的英语工作技能

l  熟练使用Office特别是Excel

l  具有团队合作精神

l  大专及以上学历
