Task/Area of responsibility:

1. responsible for implementation newer production process for start of production

2. Cooperation at the process layout flowchart, system FMA, specification equipment, appraisement toil concept by adjustment with the production (FBL, SGL)

3. Coordination of the project report at the factory

4. Collect, appraise and transcription of the project specifications from the factory prospect

5. Identifying, introduction and moving of optimization measures

6. Coordination of the acknowledgment of all project activities from the factory to the project team

7. Preparation of specifications and support of the investment procurement (incl. ability proofs)

8. Building from launch status reports for quality date, factories, (OEE) and costs, target

9. Observance of date-/cost- (budget-) and quality responsibility according to described tasks

1. excellent written and verbal English communication skills

2. leadership skills to motivate employees under him

3. problem solving skill by quickly ascertaining a situation and be decisive in identifying the causes and estimating potential risks and solving it in most effective way

4. good managing MS office related software

5. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within specified time constraints in a changing and fast paced work environment by being proactive and with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure

6. Strong interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and positive interaction with clients, vendors and other team members at all levels

10. Control the core team of the factory

11. Securing the project advancement in collaboration between factory and Technical Center

12. Covering dates quality in the dedicated systems

13. Preparation, execution documentation from the production test

14. Report to the project leader according to the project guidelines

15. Securing customer satisfaction

16. Continuous improvement by establish systems (e.g. Kaizen 5 S etc)

17. Date-/cost- (budget-) and quality responsibility according to facilities and maintenance resource

18.Compliance with the targets of ISO/TS 16949, environmental management system 14001, energy management to DIN ISO 500001, to working security and of the dangerous goods as well as the operational organization structure
