职位描述
1、根据公司电商的要求，维护公司天猫专营店以及品牌旗舰店运营及促销，完成公司下达的销售目标。
2、负责天猫系统店铺，微店运营以及小红书运营。
3、拟定和完善电商的拓展方案，策划电商推广活动。
4、定期对电商开拓成果总结经验进行复制推广。
5、协助上级主管的其他工作。
基本职责：
1、根据公司产品及行业特征进行天猫旗舰店的规划及日常管理运营；
2、对竞争对手的品牌、价位、活动进行研究分析，拟定应对措施；
3、完成店铺自有活动以及官方活动的报名，争取平台资源；
4、网上营销方案的实施，促进销售转化，协助进行品牌推广，提升品牌知名度；
5、对于各种推广工具所产生的营销数据报表（UV、PV、销量、跳出率、地域分布、转化率）等进行专业的数据分析。

2、快消行业相关工作经验，以及电商天猫系统运营经验1年以上。
