RETAIL OPERATION COORDINATOR

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

1)  Title:  Retail Operation Coordinator

 

2)  Location:  Shanghai, China

 

3)  Reports to:  National Operation Manager

 

DUTIES:

 

n  Cooperate with logistics department to update model stock on a periodic basis.  Issue stocking directives to boutiques and/or logistics department where necessary. 

n  Cooperate with Marketing & Visibility team to ensure that all boutiques receive and display the seasonal deco in a proper and timely manner.

n  Cooperate with marketing & PR departments regarding tactical media and events to support boutique sales.

n  Cooperate with Operation team that Operations manual is continually updated to reflect the latest operating guidelines and instructions and that all boutique staff is familiar with its contents. 

n  Cooperate with local finance team and regional internal audit to achieve maximum control.

n  Cooperate with training department and area managers to ensure that boutique staff is properly trained.

n  Cooperate with Customer Service team to implement a customer service talk that assists boutique staff in handling regular customer complaints, escalations, etc.

n  Sending the daily sales data to Retail management team.

n  Other relative Retail issues.

 

Qualifications

§  4 year University Degree

§  Proven track record in previous employment

§  Good English and Mandarin skills
