Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors

1.Involve in the innovation project for the FG import needs.
2.Work closely with sourcing unit, internal cross functions for the network setting and following, to make sure FG delivery on time in full so as to support new product launch on time.
3.Inquiry for the relative purchasing information like price, trade terms, MOQ, sign contract for new business.
4.Mange forwarder to follow up the daily import operation within aligned KPI, help forwarder to do internal communication if any CIQ/Custom request comes.
5.Review and check the invoice from forwarder and follow up the payment related issue.
6.Monthly maintain the internal import operation OTIF report.
Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate

1.Bachelor degree.
2.Good project management sense and skill to follow innovation.
3.1-2 years' import operation experience, familiar with import process and related Custom/CIQ regulation.
4.Sound negotiation and communication skills, open to work with cross functions.
5.Carefully, Earnest, Self-motivated, Proactive, able to work under the pressure.
6.Good written & spoken English.
7.Skilful in computer software: Excel, Word, PPT, Website Access & Research etc.
