Job Description
l Track on-going projects, coordinate in-house and external resources; manage project team
跟踪项目进度、协调内部和外部资源、管理项目团队
l Work proactively to meet customer's demands, report project status to customer
积极主动地与客户进行沟通、尽力满足客户的需求、及时向客户汇报项目状态
l Prepare handoff instruction, answer query from project team
准备任务说明、解答项目团队提出的问题
l Prepare handoff instruction, answer query from project team

l Track project costs, revise budget, issue purchase order
跟踪项目成本、调整预算、及时进行财务结算
l Produce project post-mortems report, archive completed project
总结项目经验、对结束的项目进行归档
Requirements
-Good command in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
-Familiar in AutoCAD
-Majoring in Construction, Civil Work, Interior Design, Architecture or other relevant fields
-Minimum College Education
-Quick learner & excellent time management skills
- At least 5 to 8 years working experience in construction field.
-Male
