职位描述
1. Build up a competitive channel strategy which can motivate to achieve assigned sales target.
2. Manage channel sales individuals to achieve annual sales target
3. Facilitate, develop and manage sales enablement tools and training plans to ensure Partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives
4. Continually analyze existing and prospect Partners to maximize coverage model and revenue. Responsible for working with Partners on account and territory mapping, go-to-market strategy, and facilitating partnering efforts of NDC sales.
5. Responsible for ensuring Partner technical skill development to achieve success.
6. Act as Partner liaison to NDC Engineering, Operations and Service team.
7. Proactively recruit new prospective Partners by effectively presenting NDC value proposition and financial benefits. Develop and execute contractual agreements that easily provide Partners with NDC business, financial and ethic expectations.
8. Experience using salesforce.com or equivalent CRM to manage Partners’ contacts, opportunities, forecasts and revenues
任职资格:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, including managing and growing our partner ecosystem in recruitment, Partner business development, enablement, helping developing go-to-market strategies, marketing plans and overall Partner support.
2. Ability to achieve sales revenue by influencing and developing mutually beneficial relationships within NDC is vital.
3. Must have strong relationships with mid-Tier Partners while understanding what motivates them.
4. This individual must work with end user customer to proactively sell NDC products & solutions and transfer to partner for order fulfillment process, and close the deal directly with end user once request. Successful skills and experience selling direct to end user customers are critical.
5. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry, specifically on-line measurement & controls. Sales experiences in Cable & Tube, Tobacco & Food industry are preferred
6. Minimum 3 years of team manager, excellent interpersonal skill including team working skill and good communication skills etc.
7. Ability to communicate using English and local language
8. Ability to conduct business with high ethical practices, this shall be well-educated.
